My culinary journey began in my late teens in Bologna, Italy where I learned the basics of cooking. As time passes, I moved to Kyiv, Ukraine to share my knowledge and gain new experience. My hard work was awarded and I became a sous chef. My passion for Italian cuisine brought me back to the well known environment and I met chef Stefano Antoniolli and took a part in the opening of the restaurant"Fenix". As a result, this exciting project allowed me to showcase my creativity, cook unique dishes and build confidence in myskills.
Fate has led me to sunny Sarasota, where Italian cuisine reigns as one of America’s favorites. After two years as a chef at La Norma Italian Restaurant, I decidedto embrace my passion for cooking as a private chef. I take joy in crafting delicious and beautifully presented dishes, sharing my culinary creations with family and friends. For me, there’s truly no better occasion than a delightful dinner spent with loved ones.
